Our chef team does not only have a passion for food but also a passion for pleasing our guests. Due to our logistics dietary requirement are communicated beforehand and we can cater for most preferences, likes, dislikes, allergies and religious requirements except kosher.

We use the freshest ingredients and best cuts of meat to ensure that you receive only the best.

Plan your diet for when you return because you will definitely go home a few pounds heavier!

Your day will start with a quick coffee and snack before you leave on your morning game drive. Your ranger will also treat you to our signature coffee and freshly baked muffins about halfway during your drive. Breakfast will be served a la carte with a choice of yoghurt, home made muesli, freshly baked bread and pastries to choose from on the buffet table.

Our chefs will spoil you with a substantial and delectable Lunch feast at about 15:00 just before you depart again on your afternoon game drive. Once again your ranger will stop about midway for "sundowners" which will include local drinks and a snack platter for your enjoyment.

Your dinner option will be presented during lunch where you will be able to decide between any of the two starter or three mains (including a vegetarian option). Desert is set and not to be missed. Our braai (BBQ) evenings is a special occasion and offers a true South African experience. Our chefs prepare your choices daily  to offer you the freshest ingredients and prime cut meats and we like to keep meals simple but scrumptious.

While keeping in mind that dietary requirements are to be communicated in advance, our chefs strive to please all preferences, likes and dislikes too.
