Guided by experienced rangers and supported by attentive lodge hospitality, your time here balances adventure, fine cuisine, and quiet moments in the African bushveld. This is safari as it was meant to be, immersive, personal, and deeply connected to nature.
Wake Up Call
Your ranger wakes you just before sunrise, time depending on the season. Early morning tea or coffee is served before you head out.
Morning Game Drive
An informative, professionally guided drive begins as you track wildlife and search for the Big Five. Midway, you pause in the bush for tea or coffee and a light snack.
Brunch
A generous brunch is served with continental options and a hot breakfast selection.
Optional Bush Walk
For the adventurous, a guided bush walk offers insight into the ecosystem, fauna and flora unique to the area.

Browse the curio shop
Visit the library
Sit on your private deck or the lodge deck
Wildlife is often visible around camp, including elephants at the waterhole. This is also an excellent time for birdwatching.
Afternoon High Tea
High tea is served with a selection of sweet and savoury treats, offering a chance to connect with fellow guests.
Evening Game Drive
You depart for your second drive of the day.
A sundowner stop in the bush allows you to watch the African sunset with drinks, snacks and South African specialities.
Return to Lodge
After dark, you are welcomed back with a sherry.
Your ranger escorts you from your suite, as the lodge is unfenced. Enjoy a drink at the bar or select a wine from the underground cellar.
